Essential oils nourish and
stimulate your skin, enhance your immune system and are a stimulant to the
senses. Making aromatherapy part of your every day lifestyle is simple really --
the essential oils and products that contain essential oils can easily be used
in your personal hygiene routine -- shampoos (try a few drops of Peppermint),
body lotions (lavender), oils & sprays, perfumes (rose), bath blends & salts,
soaps, talcs, toothpaste, sport rubs & liniments. |
